Hotel President & Spa
One platform that connects a 4-star hotel’s door locks, cash register, in-room TVs, housekeeping and website.
A full-service hotel with a spa, restaurant, wedding and congress halls ran on systems that did not talk to each other. We built the layer that connects them, so reservations, door codes, room service and cleaning requests move without anyone retyping data.

The challenge
Hotel President & Spa runs a lot under one roof: rooms, a spa and indoor pool, a restaurant, a wedding hall for up to 500 guests, a congress hall and a bowling alley. Each part of the operation had its own system — the Jantar door-lock and room-controller system, the cash register / ERP, the website — and the gaps between them were filled by phone calls, paper and retyping.
Management wanted staff to see room status in real time, in-room services charged straight to the guest’s bill, and the option of online booking and self check-in — without replacing the systems the hotel already depended on.
What we built
- Two-way integration with Jantar door access: guests, PIN and card credentials and access tables are pushed to the door controllers, bookings sync every 60 seconds, and guests are checked in and out automatically at the booked times.
- Real-time room events from in-room hardware — cleaning button, Do Not Disturb and SOS — polled every second and pushed live to staff.
- Cash register / ERP integration: room types, prices, extras, minibar and restaurant menus sync every minute, and every reservation and in-room order lands on the guest’s bill.
- Staff CMS with a drag-to-create booking timeline, a live floor plan of room status, remote door unlock, heating and AC control, coupons, menus, blog and newsletter — with four staff roles, so each person sees what their job needs.
- In-room Android TV app that replaces the stock launcher: a personal welcome, room-service ordering charged to the room, cleaning and DND requests, a Wi-Fi QR code, weather and live TV.
- Android housekeeping app: rooms by floor with live status, start and finish cleaning with notes, unlock doors.
- Booking engine for the guest website: room search with adult and child pricing, add-ons, coupon codes and Monri card payments in BAM, plus event booking for the wedding hall, congress hall and bowling lanes. It is built and integrated; the hotel decides when to switch online booking on.
- Automation: occupied rooms queued for cleaning every morning, heating switched on an hour before arrival, unpaid online bookings released after 15 minutes with a reminder email.
Outcomes
No retyping at the front desk
Guests, door codes, reservations and charges move between the staff CMS, Jantar and the cash register automatically.
Housekeeping reacts in seconds
A guest presses the cleaning button and the request appears on the floor plan and staff phones about a second later; Do Not Disturb is respected automatically.
In-room orders, straight to the bill
Room service ordered from the TV is posted to the guest’s bill in the cash register — no paper slips.
Rooms ready before guests arrive
Heating and AC switch on an hour before check-in, without manual rounds.
Ready for online booking and self check-in
Card payments, door PINs in confirmation emails and automatic check-in are built — the hotel can switch them on when it chooses.
One vendor, one support line
Website, CMS, TV, staff app, API and integrations are built and supported by one team that knows the whole system.
One system, not a pile of tools.
