Privacy. What we do with your data, and how to opt out.

Who is responsible

MagnetDev (Magnet Development) is a software studio in Maglaj, Bosnia and Herzegovina. We decide how the data described here is used, which makes us its controller under the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

If we emailed you first

We sometimes write to companies and institutions that may need our software or our product Orgman. If you received such an email from us, this is what happened.

What we have

Your name, your role, the organization you work for and your business email address. If you reply, we also keep your reply.

Where it came from

Public sources only: the business registers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, your organization’s own website, and public business directories and email-lookup services built from them. We do not buy email lists. Ask us and we will tell you the exact source of your address.

Why

To introduce our services once and ask whether you want to hear more. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering business software to organizations it may be useful to.

How often

One email, and at most one short reminder if you do not answer. After that we write again only if you ask us to.

How long we keep it

If you do not answer, we delete your details within 12 months. If you reply, we keep the conversation for as long as it continues.

If you email us

Mail to info@magnetdev.io and hello@magnetdev.io is received through Cloudflare and stored in our inbox at Resend. Our team gets a short notice in Slack with the sender and subject.

We use what you send only to answer you and, if we end up working together, to prepare and carry out that work. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or our cooperation lasts, and longer only where the law requires it, for example for invoices.

The proposal form on this website does not send or store anything. It opens your own email app with a filled-in message, and you decide whether to send it.

When you visit this website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

If you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is saved in your browser and never reaches us.

The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.

Who else processes the data

We do not sell personal data or share it for anyone else’s marketing. It reaches only the service providers we use to run our work:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and email routing
• Resend: receiving and storing the email you send us
• Slack: internal notices about new email
• Our email and outreach services: sending business emails and keeping the do-not-contact list

Some of these providers are based outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the European Union or the United States. They process the data only on our behalf, under data-processing terms that include safeguards for transfers abroad.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what data we have about you and where it came from
• correct it
• delete it
• limit how we use it
• stop using it, including for any offers (the right to object)
• give you your data in a common format

Write to info@magnetdev.io. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner, and free of charge.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina (azlp.ba).
