Orgman began as a task manager for a municipal administration and grew into our multi-tenant platform for organizations that work across departments. It replaces spreadsheets, email threads and chat groups with one accountable system.

The challenge
Larger organizations — public administrations, industrial companies, multi-department businesses — coordinate work across spreadsheets, email and chat. Nobody can say with certainty who is doing what by when, managers lack reliable reports, and sensitive work is visible to the wrong people.
The first version was built for a municipal administration with a strict hierarchy of services and sections. The platform had to model a real org chart, respect who may see what, and still be simple enough for every employee to use.
What we built
- Tasks in list, kanban, calendar and table views, with custom statuses and types, priorities, subtasks, dependencies, templates and saved filters.
- Real organization structure: a department hierarchy with leaders, an employee register and external contractor companies — and assignees who do not need a paid seat.
- Three visibility levels and six organization roles, so each person sees exactly what they should.
- Team messaging with channels, direct messages and scheduled messages.
- Leave and absence management with approval by department leaders, allowances and balance reports.
- Visitor register with an API for external systems such as reception kiosks.
- Reports on tasks, departments and per-employee workload, exported to CSV and Excel or printed.
- Installable app for desktop and phone with push notifications, plus a CLI for automation and AI agents.
