At Hotel President & Spa in Maglaj, our platform connects Jantar door access, the cash register, in-room Android TVs, a housekeeping app and the staff CMS through one on-premise API.

Usually, yes — integration is most of what we do. We have connected door-access systems, cash registers / ERP, payment providers, product databases, sign-in systems and existing content systems. In discovery we confirm what each of your systems exposes and plan around it.
No. We also offer our own platforms — the hotel platform built for Hotel President & Spa and configured for Hotel Story, and Orgman for organization management — which we configure and extend for each client. Starting from proven software is usually faster and lower-risk.
It depends on scope, integrations and hardware. After a discovery call we send a written proposal with a clear price per phase or module, so there are no surprises.
We stay on. Hosting, monitoring, maintenance and new features are part of how we work, and the support terms are written into the proposal.
Yes. We work in BHS and English and collaborate remotely across the region and Europe — Primavera Estate Apartments in Croatia is one example. For hardware and training we come on-site.
